Two cops who don't get along become partners. Never seen that before. Sandra Bullock stars as a by the book FBI agent. I don't think she was even trying. Melissa McCarthy plays the same character she played in Identify Thief, only now she's a cop. Their chemistry doesn't deliver consistent laughs & is only laugh out loud funny through the use of physical comedy. Multiple comedians appear throughout & Biff from Back To The Future makes a nice appearance as the police captain. The movie's timing also hurt it. It would have been funnier had it come before This Is The End. Since it came after, it had to reach the bar set by This Is The End & it just couldn't. It's not a bad comedy but at the end of the day it's nothing special.
