LA Movie Review- Enough Said

A massuse starts dating the ex-husband of her top client. James Gandolfi & Julia Louis Dreyfus star in what has become one of Gandolfi's last performances before his untimely death this past summer. Written & directed by Nicole Holofcener is a film that is simply alright. Dreyfus plays a single mother, trying to get back into dating & Gandolfi plays a single father. The movie isn't bad & it isn't great. It simply is alright. The movie never decides whether it is fully a comedy or a drama. It drifts in between both genre. It follows the same clichéd formula that every other romantic movie does. This movie pushes no boundaries but the two leads are likeable & carry you through. The movie feels like something you can watch on the lifetime network, on a lazy Sunday afternoon.
3/5
